Farm to Pantry

Farm to Pantry has been leading the food recovery and redistribution of gleaned produce since 2008 for low income communities in Sonoma County.

 

Food Runners of San Francisco

Food Runners of San Francisco relays 20,000 meals a week to a diverse group of people, continually fulfulling its mission of alleviating hunger in low income neighborhoods of San Francisco.

 
Society of Saint Vincent de Paul of Sonoma County

Society Saint Vincent de Paul is one of the most trusted and reputable social services agencies in the North Bay. Founded in 1958, Society Saint Vincent de Paul provides support to those suffering from hunger, homelessness and poverty. St. Vincent de Paul services include: free dining room, thrift shop, food pantries, assistance programs and job training.
 
 
Santa Rosa Community Health Centers

The Santa Rosa Community Health Centers were established to provide primary health care, prevention and health education to people who are uninsured or underinsured in Santa Rosa. Services are available regardless of an ability to pay and are tailored to be culturally appropriate for all clients.
 
 
Redwood Empire Food Bank
 
In an effort to effectively reach people struggling with food insecurity in Sonoma County, the Redwood Empire Food Bank operates three strategic hunger initiatives - Every Child, Every Day, Senior Security, and Neighborhood Hunger Network.

West County Health Centers, Inc. provides comprehensive, quality and accessible health care services to the communities of Western Sonoma County.

 
 
Petaluma Kitchen
 
The Petaluma Kitchen serves a no-cost midday meal seven days a week, 365 days a year, for low- and very-low-income men, women and children.

 
 
The Ceres Community Project
 
The Ceres mission is to build healthy communities by restoring fresh, whole and organic food to its place as the foundation of health, and by connecting people in heart-centered ways to themselves, others and the earth.

 

Seeds for Starts in Local Public Schools

WHOA farm is providing seeds and plant starts to schools with garden projects.


Summer Lunch Program

In collaboration with the Network for a Healthy California, which distributes nutrition-education materials, we delivered freshly harvested, organic produce to families receiving a free lunch for their school age children in Southwest Community park in Santa Rosa every Thursday from June-August.
